John Whitmore
I am a NLP Practitioner and an Associate Certified Coach of International Coaching Federation. Coaching is my passion - creating safe space and asking powerful questions allow my clients to increase self-awareness, tackle limiting beliefs, explore different options and catalyze their growth. I love to see how they transform their professional and personal life.
I am a member of the British Psychological Society, trained in psychometrics: Wave and Hogan Development Survey, which can be a great starting point for coaching. I have also completed the Mental Health First Aider training.
Privately I am a busy mum of 2 active boys, interested in travelling, personal development, sport and food.
